Cathy Wooten

Cathy Ann Ludorf Wooten, age 56 of Fisher Rd. passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Atrium Health Main in Charlotte.  She was born September 1, 1964 in Wayne County, Michigan to the late Joseph C. and Priscilla Kowalski Ludorf.  Cathy was a hard worker.  She loved the sunshine.  You could often find her laying out by the ocean or going for a swim.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jamie Ludorf.

Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Thurman Wooten; daughters, Lindsay Pronko (Fred) and Emily Wooten (Roy Musselman); grandchildren, Ryder Musselman and Dylan Kolon; aunt, Carol; brother, Tim Ludorf; and numerous other relatives.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Second Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Lail officiating.  Burial will be private.  The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 to 1:45 PM prior to the service at the church.
