Claudia "Renee" Bolick

Claudia “Renee” Bolick, age 51, of Lincolnton, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at Atrium Health Lincoln. Renee was born June 12, 1975, in Mecklenburg County, to the late Mildred Haney Hall.

Renee enjoyed going to yard sales and finding a good bargain. Family was the most important part of her life, and she cherished the time she spent with her loved ones. She was an exceptional mother and homemaker. More than anything, Renee loved her grandchildren and adored making memories with them.

In addition to her mother, Renee was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Bolick, Sr.; brother, William “Leebo” Melton; and sister, Sheila Lanier.

Survivors include her children, Tammy Renee Bolick (Bryan), Heather Amber Bolick, and Philip “PJ” Bolick, Jr.; brother, Robert Melton (Jennifer); sister, Kimberly Burns; and grandchildren, Corbin Barker, Ashton Barker, Paityn Bolick, and Ryleigh Bolick.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Carpenter-Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Lance Mitchell officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM, prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Baptist Church.
