Clement "Clem" Dellinger

Clement Mode “Clem” Dellinger, age 86, of Granite Falls, passed away Friday, September 1, 2023 at Amorem Hospice of Hudson, NC. He was born June 25, 1937 in Lincoln County to the late John and Minnie Mode Dellinger.

Clement was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of the Pioneers Volunteer Network of America. He also enjoyed researching and was very proud of his family genealogy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Norma Dellinger Bridges, and Peggy Dellinger Benanti.

Survivors include his loving wife of nearly 55 years, Linda Dowdle Dellinger; sons, Michael Neil Dellinger, and Eric Andrew Dellinger; brother, Matthew Dellinger; and sister, Emily Dellinger Murray Stephens.

A private graveside will be held at City Memorial Cemetery.
