Donald Lockwood

Donald Cameron Lockwood, Jr., age 78, of Requa Rd passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at Caromont Regional. He was born December 5, 1940 in Rochester, NY to Donald Sr. and Wilma Schwapacher Lockwood. He was a maintenance mechanic at Benson Landscaping. Donald was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of the American Legion post #1278 in Honeoye, NY. He was creative soul who loved carving and working with his hands.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Monica Hausler Lockwood; children, Paul Lockwood of Webster, NY, Lonnie Lockwood and wife, Heather of Webster, NY., Donald Hausler of Cottonwood, CA., Neysha Parulski of Ontario, NY., and Rebecca Campbell and husband, Shawn of Rochester, NY.; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Friday, December 28, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Carpenter-Porter Funeral & Cremation Services with Mr. Henry Pokrywa officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 until 2:45 PM at the funeral home.Full military honors conducted by American Legion Post #100 Honor Guard
