Glenda Sipe Craig

Glenda “Doodle” Sipe Craig, age 83, of Vale, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2025, at her residence. She was born November 23, 1941, in Lincoln County, to the late Charles Ray and Edith Dellinger Sipe. Glenda retired from Dr. Robert Cloninger’s Dentist office. She was a member of North Brook Baptist Church and served on the finance committee. She was a volunteer with Meals-on-Wheels and loved to help serve others. Doodle was also skilled at making baskets.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Jerry Craig; and brother, Harold Sipe.

Survivors include her son, Todd Craig and wife, Tonya; daughter, Pam Williams and husband, Eddie; grandchildren, Olivia Dudley (Allen), Amanda Williams, Hannah Craig Myers (Michael), Ethan Williams, and Pate Craig (Taylor); great grandchildren, Katie Belle and Jase; and siblings, Jack Sipe (Agnes), Betty Carpenter, and Nellie White.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 3:00 PM at North Brook Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Bob Wise and Rev. Dr. Wade Dellinger officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM, prior to the service at the church.
