Ina Grubb

Ina Lucille Neff Grubb, age 77, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Carolina Care Center-Cherryville. She was born February 20, 1939 in Clay County, West Virginia to the late Squire and Alice Alma Nottingham Neff. Lucille was a loyal CNA at Carolina Care for 35 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Andrew Grubb; sister, Mabel Blankenship; and brother, Homer Neff.

She is survived by her sons, Samuel Neff of Texas, Edwin Neff of Cherryville, and Kermit Neff of Birch River, W.VA; brothers, Lacy Neff of W. VA and Byron Neff of Rock Cave, W. VA; sisters, Cora Neff of Winona, W.VA and Nina Mae Neff of Gasaway, W. VA; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 1:00 PM at City Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Dorothy Fail officiating. Family will receive friends at Carpenter's Funeral & Cremation Services on Wednesday from 12:00-12:30 PM.
