Patricia Stevens

Patricia Arlene Heavner Stevens, age 66 of Sedyewood Lane died Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at her residence. She was born on July 31, 1949 in Lincoln County to the late Earl Glade "Jack" Heavner and Dorothy Estelle Stroupe Pendleton. She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church and formerly employed with Dollar General. Patricia was an avid reader and enjoyed watching movies.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Frankie Joe Stevens; son, Eric English of Tower City, PA; daughter, Shannon Housend of Tower City, PA; stepdaughter, Jennifer Harkey of Lincolnton; brother, Clay Eugene Heavner and wife, Linda of Newport, TN; sister, Jo Ann Allen and husband, Eddie of Townsend, DE; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Carpenter's Funeral & Cremation Services with Rev. Leonard Bumgardner officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends on Friday immediately following the service at the funeral home and at other times at Edwin and Jeanette Hoyle's home at 126 Happy Valley Terrace, Cherryville off Sellerstown Road.
