Ruby Nell Dellinger Keever, age 95 of Hicks St. passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Carolina Care Health & Rehabilitation. She was born August 19, 1922 in Lincoln County to the late Thomas Henry and Maude Jane Jenks Dellinger. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Ruby was a talented painter and loved reading. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, and knitting.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Keever; and siblings, an infant brother, Jenks Dellinger, Louise Hoyle, Betty Neal, Harry Dellinger, Joan Houser, Shirley Houser, and Jill Reynolds.

Survivors include her daughter, Judy Edwards (Ned) of Walhalla, SC; grandchildren, Danny Farmer (Lynne), Lisa Framer Rossi (Michele), and Scott Farmer (Kim); great grandchildren, Esme and Jade Rossi and Willow Farmer; siblings, Carolyn Camp (Floyd), Frankie Bess (Curt), Gay Ramsey (Ronnie), Click Dellinger (Alice), Gary Dellinger, and Jack Dellinger (Trina); and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Key officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 to 10:45 AM prior to the service at the church.
