Seth Towery

Seth Parker Towery, age 26 of Hickory Lane, died Thursday, April 9, 2015. He was born on May 18, 1988 in Cleveland County to Paul Richard and Lynn Ann Parker Towery of Bessemer City. He was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church and worked at Pat's Drive-In. Seth enjoyed fishing and following the New Year's Shooters. He adored his son, Nikolas.

Seth was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ralph and Ethel Swink Towery; and maternal grandfather, Thomas A. Parker.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Nikolas Parker Towery; sister, Jennifer Straub and husband, Jason of Charlotte; brother, Richard Towery of Roanoke, VA; maternal grandmother, Bonnie Parker of Cherryville; special family friend, Billy Lewis of Lincolnton; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and a niece.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Carpenter's Funeral & Cremation Services with Rev. Dale Hendricks officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:30 to 2:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
